Boutique brings Southern style to Broughton Street

Grace, grit and a little bit of American pop culture are a few of the inspirational factors behind Broughton Street’s newest locally owned boutique, Midge, U.S. made Clothing and Goods.

“Growing up, my older sister and I always loved playing dress up and playing with Barbies. We especially enjoyed playing with our mother’s vintage Barbie clothes, which is where the name of the store came from. Midge was Barbie’s best friend and I loved that she had the perfect outfit for every occasion,” said owner Margaret Lightsey.
